Gołąbki Stir-Fry

  • Stove

  • Large Pan
  • Cutting Board
  • Medium Knife
  • Can Opener
  • Wooden Spoon
  • Ingredients: 8
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 28 oz can Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 medium or 1/2 large head Green Cabbage (coarsely chopped)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • Throw the olive oil, onion and garlic in a large pan and cook over medium-high heat until soft.
  • Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  • When there is no more pink in the beef add the crushed tomatoes.
  • Pour in the cabbage and sprinkle with salt.
  • Bring to a simmer and cover.
  • Let cook 20 to 40 minutes until the cabbage has softened.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve over rice.
